Track to Wellness Program

From cardiac rehabilitation to stroke recovery and cancer patients, our 'track to wellness' altprogram encompasses all chronic conditions with a path to recovery through an active, supportive program. With the support of your doctor and our professional trainers you will start to feel healthy again.

Here’s how

  • 45 minute group sessions, 2 or 3 times per week
  • Weights and cardiovascular conditioning with your rehabilitation goal in mind
  • Nutritional support to maximise your recovery and steer you to making better choices
  • Weekly tips that address your specific disease and what you can do to aid your recovery
  • A support network of people in a similar situation to you
  • A close tie between you, your trainers and your doctors

All classes are capped at 8 participants (Mt Gravatt) and 12 participants (Bowen Hills) per session so you receive the personal attention you deserve.
