Track to Wellness Program
From cardiac rehabilitation to stroke recovery and cancer patients, our 'track to wellness'
program encompasses all chronic conditions with a path to recovery through an active, supportive program. With the support of your doctor and our professional trainers you will start to feel healthy again.
Here’s how

45 minute group sessions, 2 or 3 times per week

Weights and cardiovascular conditioning with your rehabilitation goal in mind

Nutritional support to maximise your recovery and steer you to making better choices

Weekly tips that address your specific disease and what you can do to aid your recovery

A support network of people in a similar situation to you

A close tie between you, your trainers and your doctors
All classes are capped at 8 participants (Mt Gravatt) and 12 participants (Bowen Hills) per session so you receive the personal attention you deserve.
