One on One Personal Training

Whatever your health and fitness goal, One-on-One training altwill get you there quicker and more efficiently than if you trained on your own. 

With the support of your qualified YMCA trainer, your sessions will be time efficient, results focused and have you working at the intensity to make every second of your session count.

  • You set your goal
  • You decide 1/2 hour or 1 hour sessions 
  • You decide 1, 2, 3 or more sessions per week
  • You make a commitment to your health and your body
