Boot Camp YMCA
Bootcamp YMCA is an outdoor training program designed to challenge your body and mind.
It
caters for all fitness levels from the beginner through to the advanced so don't let the name scare you. It runs for 1 hour, two or three times per week, depending on the studio location. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve in a small period of time.
Your Bootcamp experience includes
